You should know that

  • Shipment

    We ship directly from our warehouse in Adliswil with your personal courier from DPD. Your favorite piece from “Giordana” will be personally packed by us and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Free return shipping

    Cycling clothing is a personal hygiene item. For this reason, we are happy to return items that are unused, with the original label and in their original packaging within 10 days. You write us an email and we will send you a label by email. After receiving it, print out the label and stick it on your package - finished and ready to ship.
