Right of exchange/withdrawal

Kübler Sport grants customers the right to exchange/return items in their original packaging. The customer must notify Kübler Sport of the exercise of the right of cancellation within the cancellation period in writing by letter or email to the following address: Kübler Sport GmbH, Fabrikhof 3, 8134 Adliswil, shop@giordana.ch.

An exchange by post is only possible for online shop orders. In this case, after the cancellation has been made, the goods must be returned to Kübler Sport GmbH Fabrikhof 3 8134 Adliswil immediately and no later than within 10 calendar days of exercising the right of cancellation.

In this case, the customer must expect delayed processing.

The purchase price will generally be reimbursed using the payment method that the customer used in the original transaction, at the price originally paid according to the proof of purchase, including any shipping costs for standard delivery.

Items that have already been used or worn, are incomplete, dirty, damaged or are not in a resalable condition are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Kübler Sport can, at its own discretion, take back such items for a refund of a reduced purchase price.

As a rule, items are taken back for a refund of 80% of the purchase price, although Kübler Sport is under no obligation to do so. Furthermore, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
• Custom-fitted or tailored items
• Special orders of items outside the Kübler Sport range
• Underwear
• Giordana gift cards
